Katherine joined the Institute staff as the Called & Gifted Coordinator in 2014 after two decades of parish ministry as catechist, program coordinator, youth minister, director of evangelization, liturgist and pastoral associate. She now serves as Director, Parish & Diocesan Services assisting parishes and dioceses with implementing processes and strategies that foster discipleship and the emergence of fruit-bearing apostles. She travels internationally on behalf of the Institute speaking to pastoral leaders in parishes and dioceses on evangelization, disciple-making and apostolic formation. The author of a chapter in Becoming a Parish of Intentional Disciples and co-author of Ananias Training, she is a recognized master catechist in two dioceses and possesses a Masters of Arts in Pastoral Studies from St. Joseph College of Maine. On her off time, she enjoys quilting, gardening and hanging out with her husband, Michael and their pets, on her 2.5 acres of heaven in Colorado Springs, Colorado.
